CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We cannot guarantee it can reship or change to another address, and then you may have to be required to pay an additional charge for shipment fare for the re-delivery process.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
There might be a chance that you have not received the confirmation if you entered the email incorrectly or goes into junk mailbox. If it is not the case still not received it, please contact us via email :vipservice@maryling.com.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I FOUND THERE ARE MISSING/DEFECTIVE/WRONG?
Please contact us if you received the package that has any incorrect or defective via email :vipservice@maryling.com.You are required to provide an order number, product images, and contact information for handle the issue.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will process it as soon as possible. It may take up about ten working days to your account due to various bank and card issuer.
HOW CAN I KNOW MY SIZE?
You can click the "Size Guide" at the bottom on each page to help you find the right size. But you are also welcome to contact us for advice.
